“Caring for myself is not self-indulgence,
it is self-preservation,
and that is an act of political warfare.”

ROWDY
EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOG
Rowdy has been hogging hearts (and the bed) for the past 6 years.
Rowdy loves summiting mountains, chasing balls, stealing food from his baby brother, and cuddling his mom.
It's likely during your session that he's just off the screen - napping until he can have his mom's full attention.

Relationship Counselling
Relationships are complicated. We recognize that there is rarely one single answer and provide a neutral perspective on old patterns.
Relationship counselling provides a safe space to explore dynamics within a relationship and to discover new things about your partner. This can helpful for people looking to strengthen their relationship, start (or restart) their relationship, or gracefully end their relationship.
